I would like to introduce DIESELGIRL as the new womens discussion leader/mod. Those of you that know her, know she has a world of info that she can share with you.

A solid choice IMHO.....
This woman is the total package. she is vastly knowledgable in ALL aspects of BB, Diet, Contest prep, AAS, etc. Damn glad to see her onboard here at Freakz.....

I am a Nat.Level competitor. I also judge bodybuilding,fitness and figure shows (I actually get paid to think!) :p

Congrats on accepting the position DG as forum leader/MOD. Who else is better to answer questions about females than a female with your knowledge and background on Bodybuilding and all the other aspects that go along with it. Its a pleasure to have you as a part of our Freakz family and you are a true asset to any board which you are a part of.
