okay, first off, how much does she weigh? what will her contest weight be? and how tall is she? what kind of compounds has she used in the past?
you can scrap the Deca, the cypionate and tren, from the amount of Anavar she is using, im assuming she hasn't used much AAS in the past.
i need a little more info on her before i help her, i can't help without it.

QOD, I think you confused the mg per tab with how much she is (or would be) taking a day. Also, it says she's 135 lbs at 4'11...which is rather heavy at that height. Pics would be immensely helpful.

Second, what the hell is she doing with an entire pharmacy list of drugs? There is no way in hell she's planning on using all that in one cycle.

i agree, the post is quite jumbled.
from what im reading she is currently running 5mgs of var a day. her carbs are WAY too high and she is not taking in any sort of EFA.
she is doing a hell of a lot of cardio for someone who is 4months out. there are no mention of fat burners. im quite confused with the entire post.
if you could break down (as Chest has mentioned) her daily macronutrient breakdown for me, it would help alot, but from what (i think) im reading, you need to ditch some of those carbs.
