Nice Cutie. 6 smaller meals throughout the day. I have one question though. What exactly is Udo's choice oil and what does it do?

Just one meal with carbs?? How do you find that with your workout being alot later? Are you tired or really up for it?

Train hard, train heavy.

Keep us updated on this Cutie, just not enough info for women out there, and to have it here is great.

Bump Slammer.

I'm trying to start my wife training properly as she just drops in and out now and then!

Her diet is terrible. 3 straight meals a day with no thought to carbs, protein and fat. She takes no supplements and wonders why she is always tired.

The more information I can get for her the better.

Keep up the hard work Cutie and let us all know how you get on.

Before and after pics would be a bonus (hint hint 😉 😉 )

Wobble your wife really won't change her lifestyle unless she's ready to or it's something that interests her....

my body is used to tr aining at night....due to my work schedule that's when I'm able to get to the g ym....

I generally maintain a low carb diet to begin with...on occasion if I feel the need for additional carbs I can always add them in w/ a wholewheat wrap or slice of whole wheat bread w/ one meal....without it really making a big inpact

Thanks Cutie.

She does train but wont listen when I tell her that the diet is even more important. She is sticking with a weight watchers 'points' diet. Where wholewheat bread is 'worse' ie more points than white bread!! It sucks!!!
