I am looking for a diet for a female friend of mine. She wants to put on about 15lbs. She is 24 years old about 5’3 (give or take) and approx 105lbs. She is very athletic (not to mention she's pretty hot) and she would really like to put on a little lean muscle with out using any gear. I am just not real familiar with female diets. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would think if she's trying to bulk up to increase her protine just like us. Most women just want to tone up; but if she's looking for 15lbs she need to eat.
I'm sure QOD will have some secret women trick or supplament to tell her!
Agreed. Man or women, if the person is looking to put on 15lbs of muscle they need to up their protien intake and hit the iron. And since she's already small tell her to forget any kind of cardio.

for her to weigh 120lbs she should intake around 1600 calories;
~her protein intake should be relatively high, around 200gms (800 calories)
~flax seed oil three times a day 14gms a tbsp += 378calories
~complex carbs
~make sure she gets the majority of her carbs post work out, when they are most needed.
~dump any or all cardio, just weights.
IMO, she is too small to use any gear, she will probably run into problems. she needs to gain some weight before she attempts a cycle.

Cool, thanks QOD. I'm not gonna let her use any gear for a long time. i told her i wouldn't even entertain the thought. We are gonna see how much i can pack on her naturally over the next couple of months

Grunt, your girl needs to eat lots of clean foods. So many people who are trying to gain eat too much garbage. Give her 1-2 cheats a week. Have her train heavy multijoint movements with some assistance work. Good luck!!
