i agree. there are many forums out there that are heavily populated with women and the information being given out is TERRIBLE. i can't even go on these boards as i would probably get banned.

when i first came over to moderate this board, i even noticed "cutey face" and her posts.....fucking scary that a woman is SO uniformed that is posting and giving women advice.

i pride myself in knowledge, it is first and foremost and i would NEVER give any advice to any woman if i wasn't sure what i was talking about, it's a terrible thing to do. these women are putting synthetic hormones in their bodies under the advice of a woman that doesn't have "basic" endocrine knowledge under her belt...quite pathetic if you ask me....

sorry, this wasn't meant to be a "slam cutie face" post, but ignorance is ignorance no matter how you look at it....

gentlemen, please feel free to ask me anything in regards to your girlfriends/wives and training/diet/AAS use. i can assure you i have the knowledge to back anything and everything i write, and i am very careful about the advice i give......

the sport for women is finally starting to grow. i just wish that more women would actually get into the sport. it doesn't make a difference which category they choose. i would love to see more women compete and get active in this lifestyle.

another thing...where are all the females on this forum. don't make that comment sound weird, it's not supposed to be. it would be nice to have more females joined to this great forum. so, women who are on this forum, tell your girlfriends. encourage them into this fine lifestyle. also, i know you guys know women who have great bodies. we should try to encourage them to get into the lifestyle and also to get onto this forum.
