My fiance is getting discouraged about the cellulite hanging on to her stomach and upper thighs. She works out regularly, eats a decent diet and is overall "tiny" (5'1" 103lbs) but she has a layer of fat right underneath her skin that she can't seem to lose. What can be done? Thanks.
Cardio for an hour 5 times a week before breakfast. You have to get up earlier but it works.
C-Dawg that's a tough one, Cellulite can be an inherited trait.....she' probably has to maintain a very low body fat % in order to get rid of it.....I read an article about this ...it has to do w/ the fibrousness of your cells.....and reducing fat will reduce the cellulite...but it's more of a herditary condition, and excessive exposure to the sun was another cause...
