Is there anyone in the Portland (Oregon) area willing to help me out with setting up a 40 minute daily workout? I have to work on losing before I can work on building - I'm 20 over now and I want to stay the same 'weight' but lose all the fat. I have very little free time - hence the 40 minute daily lunch workout.
I'm vegetarian switching to a lower carb higher protein diet.
I just need a point in the right direction.
