Hi just wanted to follow mekira's example and introduce myself. I'm Wyst, 36 yo female, been working out for a couple of years now, still pretty much natty except for a little bit of PH experimentation. No desire to compete, I just want to build some serious muscle.

I came over from FM too.

xoxo

Always bulking! LOL.

Seriously though, yeah, I'm going to pretty much bulk all winter I think. I might cut a little if I get tooooo fat, but not serious cutting again until next spring. I want to see how much muscle I can put on by next summer. I really want to work my upper body especially--it's lagged behind my legs.

I hear ya on the legs. I'm still trying to bring my quads down a bit to be symmetrical with the rest of my body. I got carried away last winter and my legs grew.

Heh. For me it's the calves. I got the Asian calf thing going on. I swear they grow on back day. But my solution is to bring the rest of my body up in size. I don't want anything to get smaller!

Hello and welcome; it is nice to see so many more ladies coming out of the woodwork.

I too am bulking and having a very tough time looking smooth--I LIKED my abs

I am totally natty; I take a lot of vitamins and use protein and EFA's, but otherwise, no PH, much less anything harder (I don't even use creatine).

Glad to see you and everyone else

Have fun.

BTW----funny you mention the Asian calf thing, as my friend brought this up the other day (never payed much attention, although now I realize how true it was).

They grow on back day? Damn you My triceps grow on ab day.

Man to his doom goes driving down; a crown of thorns is still a crown!

I'm sure I'll be happy some day, but right now it just looks funny. I'ts out of balance with the rest of me. I look like a robert crumb cartoon.
