what is the most i can accomplish in about 3 months if i bust my ass? as far as weight loss and gains natural
that question is too vague. there are too many variables: diet, sleep, your dedication, your genetics, your workout schedule, the exercises you do, and the list can go on.
YOU are going to have to set a reasonable goal for what you are doing. if you make the goal, you better achieve it. if you don't, you know where you stand. if you're willing to bust your ass, you should be able to achieve your goal.
yep, definitely add some more info. age also plays a role and what are you looking to do, cut or bulk?
There are just too many contributing factors as the bro's have said. i.e. DIET, TRAINING REGIME, CYCLE EXPERIENCE, CYCLE, full body stats (age, weight height, bf) How much do you sleep, how stressful is your life style. Ya have kids, ya married. are ya happy go lucky or live by way of structure. Just too many variable bro. No-one is trying to flame you, we just need the filling.
6'1 about 190-195 not sure on bf% anymore no kids, not really stressed good genes, trying to get rid of the stomach fat i have accured since graduation, 21 years old. what i wanna do is cut down but the ab fat and just build up the rest.
Clean diet, lots of water, cardio. To lose the ab fat. To gain the muscle: 2grams protein per body pound same if not more carbs. Good post work out shake with 50 grams of both very important. 5-6 meals a day would be ideal. A good multi, like animal packs wold also be a nice fit. Slam down about 30 gram of glutamine a day for recovery and natural GH release.
I know you want gains fast, but what you do in the next 3 months can prepare you for some awesome gains down the road. The key here is take what the other guys said and make it a lifestyle change.
Needless to say, bump the water, cardio, and clean diet.
where can i get the glutamine i have some L glut pills but they are only 1 gram. and my other question is i have some 100% whey protein, now it says 1 scoop equals 31 grams of the powder but that doesnt mean its 31 grams of protein right? on the nutrional facts it says 20 g so kinda messes with your head. and whats and animal pack?
you should be able to find l-glutamine powder in any supplement store. before you find it and buy it at the first store...shop around. as for as the protein, it's not going to be exactly what they say. they generally refer to one packed scoop is whatever is on the label. yes, it's not going to be exactly 31.0 grams of protein, but it will be around 30 grams, give or take 5 gram. just get the protein fairly packed into the scoop, then level it off. what i mean by leveling it off is by taking your finger and running it along the top to make it smooth. there ya go...one packed protein scoop. the animal pack is basically "what you need to grow" in their eyes. it has a multi, some amino acids, and some pro-hormones. my honest opinion on animal paks, animal stacks, etc...is that it is a bunch of bullshit.
oh and to add...i would recommend (since your under your 30's and a male) getting the gnc ultra mega gold without iron for a multi. this is what i take. it's a well-rounded multi. go with whatever multi you choose. i am totally against centrum and other cheap shit like that. i personally would go for all natural, no wax-coated, and timed released multivitamins. then, grab some 100% whey and some glutamine...cool. alright...worry more about good, clean, solid food. that is more important than all of that stuff.
