Hey Guys,

I've been training hard for 4 yrs. I will soon be starting my first cycle consisting of EQ/Test/Dbol. When bulking, I normally train 4 days/wk as follows:

mon-chest/shoulders
tues-back
wed-off
thurs-legs
fri-off
sat-arms
sun-off

However, I have recently been hearing that during bulk cycles it may be a good idea to do full body workouts (hitting 1 exercise of everything 3 x's/wk) in order to stimulate maximum growth.

Have any of you tried this? Is it worth trying or should I train the way I have been and just continue to mix things up every now and then? Seems like the full body route wouldn't hit the muscle groups as intensely as I would like.

Any thoughts?

No, Don't train the whole body in one day.... You cannot possibly have the glycogen stores to train your muscles properly........

Thanks T,

That's what I was thinking. It's a bitch to get done in an hour and the muscles aren't getting hit nearly as hard as they should. I just needed my gut feeling backed up...thanks.

Full body workouts are great for beginners, but they become impossible once you start to handle serious poundages. You have to start with stuff like periodization, light day, medium day, etc.
Bunch of crap.
Stay away from it.
