I have a girl friend that wants to do a Winnie only cycle. I have advised women before on their diets, training, and doses. But this one wants to have as many options as possible, so I emplore all you lovley ladies out there to suggest to her through this thread the diet that you would run while on winnie and trying to loose bf while toning/hardening the muscle she already has.
What I am looking for here is a % of fats/pro/carb I can work out the meals..o yeah, any of you guys that has had experience are more than welcome to answer.
