I'm interested in some of your lifts.
I've read some of them and used them with good success. IE DC cable curls and DC Lat Rows.
I liked PJR's pullovers too, worked really well for my triceps!
You do too much for us, thats for sure!

Dante now that you have mentioned lat manipulation and scapula rotation I am waiting with bated breadth.
But more importantly I have learnt that just help those who want to be helped and just expect criticism from the ignorant. As you become more successful criticism is inevitable but you know what, that means your going in the right direction who the fuck wants to follow or please the crowd, keep blazing your own trail. The information you are sharing is viewed in the highest regard by those who count - that is your only worthwhile critics those who have taken the time to actually research and put into practice your ideas and know deep down that dc training is the best training I have ever done.
Basically what I am saying is don't let the losers dictate what you post on the board! Delete there emails or have a standard email response to do a search first.
Everytime you post I learn something which keeps me coming back.
Post for the rational minds forget about the losers because you know what.
THERE WILL ALWAYS BE LOSERS OR MORE POLITELY PEOPLE LOOKING FOR THE EASY WAY!
Just posting my appreciation of the great knowledge you have and felt strongly enough to post this

I like that last car absolute. Thats my weekend car and I put the top down to feel the wind in my hair. Its pretty nice but one time I got run off the road by a kid on one of those motorized big wheels monster truck things. punk
