i personally want to see an uncluttered, updated version of CFP done, to see if i'm still good eating 800,000 calories a day or not

Cycles for pennies was a (200 page?) thread I was posting on in 2000 for a couple years where people would ask questions and I would give my opinion.

That link above that Glenn posted at the DC blogspot page (I dont even know whose page that is) is cut and pastes from 4 articles I did for Anabolic Extreme I believe, thats not the original cycles for pennies thread at all.

I actually have the whole cycles for pennies thread somewhere on this computer.

Cycles for pennies is me rambling on and on for hundreds of pages like a blowhard--LOL--I tried to read it one day and I couldnt because I kept wanting to say "jesus shut the hell up Dante you talk to much"

lol...i read a shortened version that printed out to about 22 pages. I loved it. I've been hunting for the full thread ever since. I would love to read the non-abridged version if you happen to stumble upon it, or ever decide to revise it again!

Hey Dante, since you planning on putting some videos on YouTube in the future (hopefull not too distant) of you training, maybe the scapula "popping" could be another vid you could throw on. (but i wouldnt suggest posting that video on YouTube, maybe that one you could directly post into the board.)

it is 7 years ago and i find myself not posting up too much new ideas here because for some strange reason it always gets skewered and misinterpreted. I just dont need the headache of having to explain something I wrote 6-7 years ago especially if ive tweaked it a little or improved it somehow

Now your going to get 100 PMs and my advice is to just keep it to yourself that info
