Nipple sensitivity practically gone now, this is after 3.5 days of RXT. I think I'll run 2 caps today and 1 for the next 4 days
I should be getting loads of t3's off a friend tomorrow, I may start it on thursday and run it low dose until I finish my cut. I have a little more research to do 1st though.

I was kinda happy with that, Tanita has me @ 13% as of thismorning so I guess its somewhere around 13-14.
Started my T3 last night. Popped 12.5mcg on an emptyish stomach. At around 12 my heart was racing. It was kinda scary but I've been told this is normal and ill go away in a few days since I'm using such a low dose.
popped another 12.5mcg before hitting up 30mins fasted state cardio thismorning. I was getting pretty sweaty/hot(moreso than normal) and although I am hesitant to put that on the T3 it may well be. The full metabolic increases are supposed to happen after a day or so, so we shall see.
Diet today will be very low carb. I had ~30g after my cardio and will stick to veggies or the rest of the day. I have decided to drop my fat intake to ~50g a day and up protein to ~250g a day while on T3 because of the increased protein turnover. Hopefully that will spare most, if not all of my muscle.

Ok workout, noticed my high rep sets were pretty shitty. My bet is because of the glycogen depletion caused by the T3. I do look smaller anyways.
