HEY WHATS UP? FIRST I GOT TO SAY THIS SITE IS GEAT, FULL OF INFO (VERY USEFULL INFO)!!!! HERE IS MY STUPID QUESTION, WHEN DO YOU DO CARDIO BEFORE OR AFTER YOU TRAIN? I CAN ONLY TRAIN EARLY IN THE MORNING, I WORK NIGHTS, SHOULD IBE DOING CARDIO AT NIGHT TO? PREPPING FOR FIRST SHOW JUST NEED TO KNOW!!! :cardio: funny:

do cardio after your weight training because hormones are released when you do aerobic and anaerobic excercises. they are pretty much used up in about 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes, unless you're on gear. use these hormones for your weight training, then do cardio for about 15-20 minutes. if you do too much cardio afterwards, you will tap into your muscle cells for fuel because you've already tapped into your glycogen stores and fats for energy.

THANX... ARE THERE ANY SUPPS THAT YOU OR ANYONE WOULD SAY TO USE PRECONTEST, IM CLEAN NOW, HAVE BEEN FOR A WHILE. WANTED TO DO MY FIRST SHOW CLEAN THEN SEE WHERE ILL GO FROM THERE. USING NO BOOSTERS, CREATINE, GLUTAMINE, WHEY, AND DIET-TECH. I HAVE ABOUT 9WKS TO GO THINK ILL BE A MIDDLE. :cardio: funny:

What kind of supps are you referring to? If you're not going to use a protein supplement, glutamine, ect... What supp can you take?? Not sure if I understand your question.

if you want to stay clean, just go back to the basics. first, you gotta have the clean food. second, if you want to use supps, just use the basics. a simple multivitamin, protein, glutamine, aminos, and an effervescent type of creatine because you are preparing for a show. you don't want the extra water weight. if you're eating well and corrrectly, you should get all your needed protein, aminos, glutamine, and creatine from your meats. (more in beef, but beef has a lot of fat.) keep it simple bro. 😉

Personally, I always hit cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach since your gylcogen levels are more or less 0 and you're burning pure fat instead of glycogen. If I were you I'd hit it for a lot more than 15-20mins...it take 20 mins of cardio just to get the heart worked and for your session to be called "cardiovascular training." If you're pre-contest 35-45 mins 5 times a week in the morning as I suggested. If you start feeling sluggish...lay off a little and up the nutrition. You dont want to piss away all the hard earned muscle you worked so hard for.
And since you're training in the morning too....right after bring a meal with you so that you have some energy to get through your workout. Training on an empty stomach sucks...bigtime. I have no motivation and all I want to do is eat something.
