I decided to stop taking creatine. ive taken the stuff since i started lifting, like 5yrs ago. i just think i should stop it for a while and take something else. of course i have not taken it 5yrs non stop, but maybe a month of two off. ive taken around 3 brands and stuck on cell-tech. now i just want to take protein, since ive never taken it. the only problem is that my stomach hates milk. any comments/suggestions?????

Its always good to take a break, except from sex :boobs
It might be an enzyme issue, a possible lactose intolerant like I.
Try lactose-free milk, and if you are still having problems, simply take it with water.
