Well I just want to say that this board is awesome and I already have some great info just by researching some stuff!
I am fairly new to this whole weightlifting thing. I was lucky enough to just be kinda big naturally, so really the only time that I have ever worked out was in High School. I just recently turned 21 and needless to say I put on some weight. But anyway I have been dieting and I have lost about 30 pounds. I am about 5'11" and weigh about 185. I would say that I am down to about 11 bfp. Now that I am down to the weight that I want to be at, I would really like to start hitting the weights hard!! I am just ready to get freakin huge, and I know that with my body structure and genetics I can do alot while being natural!!
I have just been hanging out in here all the time and reading different post to soak some stuff in. I realize that juice right now wouldn't be good. Just some suggestions would be great. I am starting to work out about 5 days a week. I try to do only about 4 or 5 different excersises for each muscle. This is what I plan on doing for my routine-
M- Shoulders/Traps/Calves
Tue- Chest/Bi's/Tri's
W- Back/Calves/Forearms
Th- Legs
F- Bi's/Tri's/Calves

I am trying to stick to High protein foods. Lots of chicken, eggs and tuna. I am curious as to weither or not I should start taking creatine yet. I am taking some protein shakes about 2 a day.
I was just looking for some input on weither or not what I am doing is ok?!? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks alot in advance for the help.

yea looks like you are on the right track bro......just keep reading and learning and give yourself a bit and build a good natural base, then you can start to think about juicing....

good luck and keep lifting

I think wednesday should be a day off. 5 days in a row might be overdoing it. Also working your arms on tuesday, then doing your back the next day might be too much. Your arms get some of the workout when you do your back. try something like this
day 1 shoulders/traps/calves
day 2 chest/bi/tri
day 3 off
day 4 legs (with calves)
day 5 back
day 6 off or bi/tri
day 7 off

just something to think about.

and congrats on losing 30lbs!

The info the guys are giving is great, and it's good you try to eat so clean, but as a beginner you'll have a lot of advantage just eating a lot. So have a lot of Italian, chinese, anything with meat, just eat it. Calories are what's important, protein is number 2.
Good luck.
