I've gone through all your training logs but couldn't find a definitive answer.
You mention that the body adapts to training and returns begin to diminish, to counter this you increase your volume?
Is there a method you use to increase/decrease volume? Couldn't really tell from your logs, just seems to me you go all out crazy volume day in day out.

well at the time of the logs you read what i was doing was working very well so I saw no need to increase the volume. I believe cycling volume is helpful as well, a 2 steps forward one step back approach.
