At some point in my life - pre hardcore - I developed "older guys ass disease".

What training must I do to regain my ass-cheeks?

I squat regularly but have not experienced the growth I am hoping for.

deep squats, ass on the floor squats.thats the ones you need and also walking lunges with like a 50 lb dumbell in each hand.do it today tommorow youll feel your ass with every step you take.for cardio do the stairclimber as it works the glutes the best of all the machines

Also make a point of contracting your glutes when your walking. Just when ever your at your job or at the store. Contract them hard with every step. This wont give you a the getto butt you want but ever little bite helps.

Yeah, bump Doug_N, just try not to overtrain when you take his advice.

If you don't understand what he means, download Eddie Murphy's Delirious.

😀 :p

Thanks for the input, bro's. Often my ass hurts so bad after squatting that I walk bow-legged. Guess I'm headed in the right direction, i just need to keep hammering away.

LMAO johnnyb. Is that the part where he describes the guys ass all up on his shoulders??

bone:D
