Well, Its kind ofp hard when I barely do cardio(because I am trying to put on soem good mass)..but what else besides cardio can help show your lower abs
I know hanging leg raises are a good exercise..anything else?
If your just looking for something new to work on, try jack knife push ups and Russian ballet leg thrust. It will give new perspective on ab training. GIve it a try, and let me know.

Please explain jack knife push ups, and Russian ballet leg thrust.
one arm, one leg jack knife push up: stretch out on your stomach , arms overhead, inhale, tuck your butt under, and pushup w/your hands and feet. Now, when your at the top take your left hand and put it behind your back and lift your right leg up. Hold it for as long as possible, which wont be long at first. Your abs take a beating on this movement. The russin ballet leg thrust is difficult to explain, If your still interested Ill look for a name of a book where you can see it.
