Do more reps, more sets, and somthing harder than cruches. Develop two different routines and pick two days a week for each routine (working abs 4 days a week). Do the same thing every week. Report back in 6 months. Go mark it on your calender right now. Seriously get up and walk over to your calender.

you don't need to work your abs 4 days a week to see them. I'm living proof you can work them once a month and see them.

doesnt that depend on genetics tho?

I bit the big one.. went home for thanksgiving, drank just about everynight with my friends(we'd go to philly) and then get home around 3am, go to my friends restaurant and Id eat a big omlette, with home fries and toast.. now Im back at school, back into my normal diet and running every morning for atleast 30 min

Abs are diet. It's that simple.

Try reducing your BF% from 15%+, to 8% and prove me wrong. :blunt

oh ok.. sorry I misread that... Im not sure of my bf%.. I have no knowledge of this so I couldnt even guess... I know it isnt too high, my shoulders and arms, legs, and lower hips are pertty cut.. where I see it the most is my lower chest(around the nipple) and my stomach and handles. If I flex my stomach I can kinda see my upper abs a very little bit.

Yeah, my guess is you are around 18%-20%.

Check out several diet regimes for cutting through-out the forum to help you out.

Bump Queenofdamned. I work my abs the same way as all my other muscle groups. With intensity to failure, no more reps than any other. I build muscle size so that when I cut the cuts between the abs are that much deeper. Diet shows em after ya build em. And YES- MANY guys in the gym have GREAT abs, there just under 20 pounds of fat!!! 😉
