came across this site and wanted to spread it out. its supposed to help you gain 50 lbs in your max bench in 7 weeks. i gained 40 and i started it 2 weeks after my cycle ended. i didnt like the work out split so i changed it and just used the chest part of the work out. some may not like it cause you have to do chest twice a week, but i gave it a shot.. check it out might be good for you,, 40 pounds in 7 weeks isnt bad at all.

I would rather see one of those adds for squat, instead of bench!!!
