Think about that for a minute....... OK, now that you've thought... AFTER..... If you do it before, the first 20 minutes or so is spent burning the sugar out of your blood, then you start tapping fat stores... Then when you are done, and used up all your energy, how do you intend to fuel lifting and push your muscles?

It's a total package deal my friend... At the most basic level, your calories burned per day, need to exceed your intake..... So you have to figure that out based on portion sizes etc.... Cardio twice a day is definitely good. I'd recommend you do the first session before breakfast and the 2nd post lifting.....
