thats an individual thing that someone kind of has to figure out for themselves deutscher--theres guys who can eat everything and the kitchen sink and they are so lean 24/7 they never have to do cardio (their problem is usually eating enough)---then theres guys that have to do 30 plus mins of cardio upon arising 6 days a week because they lean towards endomorphic qualities......its kind of a think you have to look at yourself and figure it all out
He looks very good dieted down. Obviously, normal people don't have the genetics of Ronnie Coleman and can't be 320 w/ not much bodyfat. He may not look so great in the before pic, but he is quite impressive in the later pics. Yet another example of what Dante always says.
thank for the answer.
i think some cadio would not be that bad for me so i´ll eat more and do some cardio on my free days
i love it DAMN
the back and forearms is what really get me jacked
Dam he looks great, you would never know by the first pic but dam
Oh yeah I forgot to add, dam look at thoose foreamrs That is sick
makes me glad i stopped cutting( for no reason other than me wanting to be ripped) and decided to bulk, thank god.
Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. Period. Shut the damn overanalyzers up!
Shut up guys, I'm not a hypocrite.
hmmmmm i woner if he can still lift close to what he did at 320?

Another great case showing how moving heavy iron builds thick slabs of muscle.
he is a powerlifter right?
so, wonder what lifts he uses? only dead, bench, squat? maybe overheadpresses???... anyone... im not so familiar in powerlifting
was this all done in one year?
