i just finished my bottle of multivitamins from gnc and wanted to know if there were anyother companies some others have had good results with

Vitamin Shoppe is good. I personally favor GNC vitamins, minerals, and herbs. As for their sport supps, that's a whole other story! Just make sure that you do not get your vitamins from Wal-Mart, Wal-Greens, CVS, or any place like that. I know that GNC semi trucks are all air conditioned. I think Vitamin Shoppe does this too, but I am not sure. You do not want your vitamins, minerals, and herbs to bake in the 130+ degree heat of a semi truck.

I would recommend the Ultra Mega gold without iron if you are under 30. It has a better vitamin/mineral profile. The iron is for women because of their period. When women lose blood, they lose iron. If you are a guy, you generally do not need iron supplementation.

I like Now vit brands. I think the NOW multi vit Is the strongest multi out there per pill.

A lot of people make a stink about which vitamin is best. I'm sure some are better than others but it is really not too big of a deal. I favor Vitamin Worlds Green Source vitamins. Fairly priced if you buy on the first Monday and tuesday of every month.
