Had the opportunity to use Rebound XT, for around 5 weeks, during dec '05-jan '06. Really pleased with the results, could not wait to get my hands on the newer version. Thanks to Rob and the DS people for letting me try it.

Some starting stats and info:

6'2, 248lbs, 14.3% bodyfat (reliable calipers and athletic trainer), down from 16% about 5 weeks ago, which lets you know that I've been dieting for a good 5 weeks.

Currently on day 5, and at 246lbs pounds, I assume most of the loss from the diuretic effects.
Dose is 4 caps, but will most likely be bumping up sometime soon.

Did not go anywhere for Spring Break, so the rest of the week will consist of sleeping, eating and training, including AM and PM sessions involving strength-explosive training, reactive/shock/plyometric stuff and/or cardio. Next week, I'll be back to our regular football training program.
Just want to give Rebound Reloaded a good 7-day assesment under controlled conditions of training (frequent and intense) and diet (decently restricted at around 2000 cals).

Will post more as stuff happens.

Day 9 here. Bumped up to 5 caps (yesterday), 2 with breakfast, 3 before bed. Really want to go to the 6-7 realm if possible.

Reports:

- Noticing some mad vascularity, everywhere. Could be fat loss related.
- Feeling good. Better than usual. Kinda happish.
- Strength holding up there, no major changes up or down.
- No joint ache, dryness or anything alike.

Have no been able to really test the social-interaction/pheromone/horniness side of it, as there are pretty much no females staying in campus or town for spring break. The big test should come on monday when classes restart and everybody is back.

Calories still around 2000. Will test bodyfat and weight on monday morning.

Q: What's the equivalent to Rebound XT in terms of capsules and dosing?

There is no real equivalent.

Don't exceed 5 caps. There is no additional benefit to be derived IMO.

Sorry about the delay. Been quite busy lately. Now that we are in our spring practices, we're lifting twice a week and then running drills on the field M-T. Nothing optimal for strength gains that is.

Currently have 8 caps lefts. Should I taper down these last few days?

General observations noticed particularly after day 16:

- Increased libido.
- Smal increment in acne, no major breakdowns.
- Agressiveness is up, as well as confidence.
- No noticeable changes in body odor or female interaction.
- No joint problems, except one time, when I took the full dose (5 caps) before bed and my knees killed me the next day.

Will test BW and BF% tomorrow and will let you know how I end up this trial.

Ended up at 12.8% and 244lbs. Really couldn't end it up like I wanted as I wasn't able to lift as often.

The only negative aspect of this trial was that I could really only feel about 15 days of it working. Fully kicking in at about day 10 and until day 25, having to taper the rest until I ran out.

Didn't notice the body odor change that some people reported.

Major effect on me, was the increase in well being despite the low calorie intake.
6 out of 10 for me. Doubt I would buy it, precisely because of the short period of time you can actually "feel" it.
If do buy it, it will have to be to stack with Activate in some sort of alternating/tapering fashion, in order to make them both last longer.

Thanks Rob and all the DS people for letting me try it. I apologize for the unstable testing conditions.

Damn. You're a big guy.

This stuff sounds great. Really looking forward to giving it a try. The only reason I never went with the original Rebound XT is because of the libido issues.

If someone says something about you, and it really bothers you, it's probably because it's true.
