Hi, I just quit drinking completely and am kinda thinking about taking so supplements, and I was wondering what you guys could suggest... The only places I know around me are GNC and I was mostly wondering about muscletech's proanator p-70 or something and their muscle stack, first off if anyone knows about them and second how well do they work?

A good multi vitamin, whey protien, and glutamine are the only supps that everyone should have IMO....and creatine to a lesser extent although creatine results can vary greatly from person to person. Everything else are extra's, but the 3 I mentioned are core supps.

id just stick with the basics, like steel said. and if you do get creatine, don't get monohydrate, thats the worst version of creatine in my oppinion.
got to bump this all, but add in vit c and calcium mag in high doses is also part of your core vits...
I had used GNC Anabolic Matrix Kit, which has Creatine, Glutamine, Aminos, etc in it. If you have a gold card, you can get 20% off your first purchase and then 20% off the first seven days of every month. I liked it a lot and it tells you how to take it so the kit will last 30 days. I got that, with 100% Whey Protein, their PM Protein (Nighttime time released), their Mega Man multivitamin, extra Vitamin C, Cod Liver Oil, Flaxseed Oil, Fish Body Oil, and Papaya Enzym Extract (helps with the digestion of everything). I did all this after my gyno surgery recovery and gained about 10 lean pounds, but I would contribute most of it to a good diet, training, and getting plenty of sleep. Food is the most anabolic substance, so make sure your diet is legit.
Flax seed oil contains Omega 3, Omega 6 & Omega 9. getting the other fish oils is redundant.
