Hey man, get your nose out of the ad reports in the muscle mags and get your ass into the gym. Forget about the supplements and learn how and when to lift, the frequency of your training, your D I E T, ( big emphasis on D I E T), and your rest. Focus on those 4 HUGE aspects of bodybuilding, for at least a year, then worry about what supps to take and what 4 page ad report is full of shit and what one isn't.

I have seen you post many threads on what the best of the best is for prohormones and supplements. Companies love people like you. Seriously dude, you just need to go to the basics.

-proper nutrition of macromolecules
-enough water
-enough sleep
-muscle stimulation

Put more focus on these instead of wasting your money. Once those are in check, then look into supplementation. Keep in mind of the real meaning of the word supplementation. It is to supplement your proper diet and training.

but if you do want some sups. Try your hand at leazea seed... try to get it in pill form if you can. The stuff works exalent in large doses spred out through the day. if you life in florida, I know a place that has made them for body builders and its the most powerfull I have heard of 5 times stronger than other prohormones.

I Take In 3345 Calories And Around 300 Grams Protein A Day.
Been Training Since I Was 16 I'm 23 Now .
And I Have A Bodybuidling Promoter/producer Interested In Me.
So I Know What I'm Doing Training. I Aint A Beginner Trying To Get Fast ,easy Results

I'm sorry but this just doesn't add up. You've posted your workouts and they are not bodybuilder material. Hell I don't even know what to call that workout you posted. You've posted question after question that are nothing short of beginner questions when it comes to lifting & diet yet now you're telling us you've been training 7 years and know your shit when it comes to lifting and diet.

My honest guess is you are 14 years old. I have the exact same feeling about one other member here who is posting total shit information and it's pissing me off.

I'm calling BS on this and I'm tired as hell of answering the same fucking questions over and over again.

I Ask Questions For More Knowledge I Switch My Routine Alot The Trainer I Was Using Had Me On The Routine I Was On.
Trust Me I Aint No 14 Yr.old Punk
I Take In Six Meals A Day
A Gallon Of Water A Day.
I Took A Metacheck Test Or Targetcaloric Zone Test To See Exaclty How Much Energy I'm Burning And How Much I Need To Take In. I Don't Guess Shit The Training Schedule I Used Was From Two Former Npc Competitors Who Own A Gym Buy Where I Live And They Have 20yrs. Experience So I Figured I'd Listen To What They Told Me.
And The One Benched 497 ,squat 700 And Be 240 Ripped At Around 5'6. In His Prime Why Not Listen To Em' I'm Still A Baby In The Game. And Trying To Learn As Much As I Can. Books Help No Doubt But People With Great Knowledge Help Also Know What I Mean
