i am lookin for a site that i can buy it in bulk at a decent price, seems like it is gettin more and more expensive every day, i like to make my own eca stacks. i have been runnin eph at 35 mgs, caffine at 30mgs, asprin at 40 someone told me this wasnt right any suggestions. thanks for any help.

Ditch Ephedra and just use Ephedrine HCL because this version is not banned. Try the following link.

sorry bout the wrong forum, looks like its impossible to get ephedra now, i will check out that link but i dunno, i miss the old days of xenrdrine with ephedra, and hydroxy cut with it man it was easy to get and worked, i really liked the gnc versions as they were much cheaper. man before long they will be bannin protein whey cause people with big muscles can beat other people up with them and thats just not fair to the little guys! fuck im bout to move to mexico!

It depends on the individual for doses really.
But most people stick to the basic stack which is:
25mg Ephedrine
200mg Caffeine
81mg Aspirin (children's aspirin, also known as Daily Dose aspririn).
This stack can be taken up to 3 times per day, with 4-5 hours between each dose. Leave enough time after your last dose for it to leave your system before you go to sleep, otherwise you'll have a restless night.
