I'm on a cutting phase right now before I go on my first cycle. My question is this: Will increasing my Flax Seed Oil intake from 1 tblspn to 2 tblspns per day increase the fat loss in my midsection? My diet and cardio are kicking ass and so far Ive dropped 23 pounds and overall very pleased with the way I look. Anyway, what do you guys think about that Flax Seed Oil?

have 3 tablespoons a day even four....its not a magic pill but it will help...
