Is there a need in taking the 2 together? I have seen on other boards that people use both, but I can't find a reason as to why. Can someone point me in the direction to look?

thanks
JJ

Flax seed oil (liquid form) has the highest concentration of omega 3, 6, and 9 fatty acids. Salmon oil helps lubricate the joints, and has the omega 3, 6, and 9 acids. The numbers are in reference to the number of carbons per kink in the chain. I personally take both just to have different sources of essential fats. They are needed for bone structure, cardiovascular health, joint health, energy, etc.

Yeah take both. Fish oil is naturally high in two special fatty acids EPA and DHA.
