Ephedrine dosage

Normal dosages are:

24mg Ephedrine (3 tablets)
200mg Caffeine
80mg Asprin (daily dose / children's asprin)

Taken 3x per day.
However, dosages should always be adjusted depending on your body weight.

Try half-dosages at first to see how your body responds, and to ensure you're not hypersensitive to ephedrine.

Make sure your last dose is early enough that you can still sleep at night.

So basically, 9 tablets a day? And do I take it everyday or just on workout days? Are there specific times I should take it? Like upon waking, pre-workout,, post-workout? And do I have to take it on an empty stomach?

Yes, 9 tablets a day. Since the ephedrine partial-ban the tablets have been limited to 8mg, and 50 tabs per bottle. It gets expensive. Once upon a time, tablets/capsules were 25mg.

In either case, take in the morning and every 5 hours from there on. Leave around 4-5 hours from your last dosage before you go to bed. That's just basic rule of thumb, you'd likely have to fudge things around a bit to meet your daily schedule. It should be taken every day, including off-days. It should be taken with food as non-coated aspirin can cause stomach upset, same with caffeine.

How long should I take it for? Do I need to cycle it or anything?

yes you should cycle when your body stops responding to this cycle dont take more. let about 4 weeks off between and i take about 75 mg a day and 600mg caffine with 325 mg of ecotrin about 2 times a day the ecotrin is coated and it will not brake down in the stomach but rather in the small intestine it is pure asprin . i still can buy 25 mg tablets of ephedrin there out there truck stop snoco stations and mini marts some have the caffine in them so u dont have to take another pill.if this is to strong back off and start with 25 mg and work your way up the the dose i quoted here.
