get sci tech nutrition version. they have two.. creatine express and trans x. they are both great and fairly cheap. just look for them on the web. i got mine for 15 bucks. for 4 pounds. it is exactly the same as cell tech. or if you want you could just hit up the sauce and never worry about creatine again. 😀

You can actually make your own Cell Tech so to say if you really want to...all you need is a little dextrose, creatine (get the good stuff the Russian's make), and if you look on the ingrediant list on the Cell Tech jug you'll find some aminos, Taurine, etc., all that you can find in GNC. Get em in powder form and combine them. I can't remember the exact concentrations off the top of my head though. It's not a lab made powder, but it works just as well I believe, it's just a creatine transporter based on a high insulin level. Cell Tech works but after a bit it will just deplete your wallet. Your better off with your own concoctions and good food which is more important anyway.

CELLTECH IS AGOOD PRODUCT IN ITS BASE ELEMENTS, HOWEVER, THE COMPANY IS MANIPULATING THE CONSUMER ON THE "MORE IS BETTER" MENTALITY THAT THEY KNOW A LOT OF US HAVE REGARDING WEIGHTS, FOOD, "JUICE" ETC...
AN EXAMPLE OF THIS IS THE AMOUNT OF CREATINE/SERVING( THE BODY CAN ONLY TAKE IN A MAXIMUM OF 5.5-6 GRAMS OF IT AT ANY ONE TIME. THE REST JUST GETS PISSED OUT AND THE 200mg OF ALPHA LIPOIC ACID IS ACTUALLY HARMFULL TO THE TISSUE LINING THE THROAT, WHISCH IS WHY WHEN TAKEN IN 100mg MERELY CAUSES AN ITCHING KIND OF FEELING IN THE THROUAT AS OPPOSED TO THE BURNING FEELING FELT WITH THE 200mg DOSE. IS IT GOOD? AS I SAID- YES, BUT THERE ARE FAR BETTER BRANDS THAT WILL COST YOU A LOT LESS AND GET YOU THE SAME IF NOT BETTER RESULTS.

Personally, Cell-Tech is the first creatine supp I've bought that I haven't noticed anything with. My body responds extremely well, usually within the same day or next day I feel/see the difference in water retention and energy.

As previously posted, the free form ALA burns your throat going down, so it's not the tastiest thing to drink. I've noticed the best effect from ProLab to be honest.. and it's only a little 5mg scoop, not a huge scoop like Cell-Tech.. man you go through that big bucket pretty quickly with the size of those scoops.

Anyway, thats my two.
