My girlfriends gonna be taking L-Arginine as a sexual aid. What dosage should I suggest to her?

Well I never. You may just have cleared something up for me.
I've been taking it for c.2 months now (L-Arg Pyroglutamate 1500mg/L-Lysine 750mg) - I went with the mfr std rec dose, not knowing any better myself. Then again, I'm 160 at 5'11" and built like a goddamn boy anyway. I would assume 'normal' girls would need to reduce dosage in line with bw?
I actually had no idea this was one of the uses?? Can't say for sure that's why, but I have noticed a significant leap in libido, I've been feeling like a permanently randy goat for weeks. It's frustrating as all hell actually, I don't know how teenage boys put up with it. Still, if this is what you and she are after - more luck to you both

LOL, yes, I can see it would have been useful to include that originally! Last time I looked, I was a chicky -which is why I thought my experience with it may be of use

1500mgs/day of arginine--was this split or all at once? May have to convince someone to try this...
