Send them a follow up email with this link so they'll know that their poor service isn't just turning away one customer. Perhaps they'll rethink their shitty attitude once they realize it's effecting hundreds of possible orders.

Nah, you'll feel much better knowing they know they are losing a bunch of business and getting a rep as scammers. It's a reputation that's really hard to fix once the public sees you that way.
I'm not saying they are scammers. Just really crappy shipping and customer service...

Yes but they are on the edge in my book. When you don't ship and you don't reply it puts you in a scammer book to me. That's the reputation they need to be aware they are beginning to get on boards like this. :cents
