hey guys,
i am looking at taking Noz, Swole, V12 or Bolt. I am reading about them and what others are saying about them, but i am thinking of adding some extra AKG or maybe AAKG to them for i feel like it doesnt supply enough. What do you think?

AAKG is arginine bonded to AKG. 4 studies on pubmed have proven AKG is the anabolic agent, NOT arginine. So you buy AAKG, but by weight since arginine's weight roughly equals AKG, you only get .5 AKG that you think you have. BUY AKG! I wouldnt bulk without it. NO2 basicaly exploits a little know supp that rocks; that being said, here you can find it dirt cheap

and remeber, if you saw results on 8 grams of AAKG a day, youd only need 4 grams AKG. This is one of cheapest and most effective non-steriodal supps IMO.

Yes, yes I do. Interesting thing about amino's, they each have a distinct taste, so you should know what you get is what you wanted.
Be sure to buy some caps though.

i wonder if black star labs will carry it. Where can i get some caps? what size caps should i get and how much AKG should i add if say i took V12? thank you

I'm a little bit confused...
are u talking about akg or okg.
I live in Italy,so I don't read a lot about supplements because they are unfoundable and really expensive.
maybe they are the same thing,but I remember okg is based on ornitine, and akg is a form of glutammine
