Note: You do need a chocolate protein powder, but since that is the most common flavor (and the only kind I buy), I figured this would work.
Here it is:
2 scoops chocolate Chocolate protein powder (whey or some other blend)
Cold water or skim milk
1 packet fat-free hot cocoa mix (Swiss Miss is the brand I use)
3 ice cubes
Mix in a blender, and enjoy. Pretty easy to make too.

Whey protein powder (chocolate)
Vanilla flavored Soy Milk
strawberries and bananas
Smoothie Powder
Glutamine powder
tablespoon of flaxseed oil
The secret is adding the smoothie powder. It's kind of like coffee creamer and makes the shake really thick and smooth. I'd never used it before yesterday. Found the stuff in the frozen section of my grocery store with little packet kits of fruit for smoothies. Good stuff.. MMMMM MMMMM MMMMMM...
I actually read the recipe to mine somewhere else, I was just spreading the good word. Easy to make & tastes good, good for post workout on a diet when your taste buds could use a little flavor.

whatever you do don't put cantelope in your chocolate drink.
My favorite drink:
2 scoops protein
6 scoops oatmeal
24 oz water
1 banana
a couple ice cubes
It'll fill you up. The banana will keep the oats from sinking to the bottom.
