never had these before today but a lot of protein. get some bread and toast it, put some mustard on it, and with a can of chili, slap some chili on top of the toast and repeat until the can of chili is gone. 42 grams of protein in a sitting! one thing though, dont try this if your cutting.

No kidding bro. And it's full of sodium. But damn do I love the stuff. Kinda like scrapple. LOL
