Anyone have a good Salmon recipe that does not use butter?

What I do is simplicity itself. There are two versions of the same thing:
1. Spice up the fish and steam it until it flakes with a fork.
2. Microwave the fish for about four to six minutes. If it needs more cooking do it in intervals of two minutes.
Do not cook it for more than it is necessary to make it flake.
You will be surprised how good salmon tastes plain like this.
Sometimes, I add lemon and oil after it has been cooked. You can add capers, too, if you like them.
Salmon is meant to be eaten very plain. Its taste is too delicate for intense cooking.
