What is the best protein mix for the money, quality, and taste. And easy to mix. Thanx SUBbUrN [email protected]

You can get about any type of protein you want. I always get strawberry protein and mix it with orange juice, ice, and bananas. I sometime use strawberries and pineapple. It TASTE GREAT. You can get good and cheap protein at www.proteinfactory.com. Cjay

right now its Optimum Nutrition's !00% whey for me......had been using the Chocolate and Strawberry flavours, just recently started a jug of the Chocolate Mint flavour.....WOW!!!, unbelievable taste!!!

I with you Flex, I really like optimum 100%, the Choc Mint really is great, have you tried the pina colada yet, i like that too.
As far as protein mixes go i like Biotest's Low Carb Grow(formally Advanced protein) and HDT Problend. They both have the same type of protein mix in Meal Replacements minus the carbs.

No, havent tried the Pina Colada yet, but thinking about it. Nice to see another bro that has actually tried ProBlend 55 by HDT, not a bad protein either, only draw back is that I dpont think that HDT makes any 5 lb jugs of it, just the 2lb'ers

Yeah...I've been using the Pro blend 55...but I have to buy like 5 at a time,cause they go so god damn fast.....

Flex, and all the other that take problend, HDT has released and product called solid mass in the US problend in a 5 or 6lbs jub, hopefully it will be in Canada soon.
