recipe one
2 cans of tuna in Summer water
2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon of fat free mayo
dash of garlic salt
dash of soul seasoning
recipe two
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can of peas
2 to 3 cans of tuna
8 to 12 oz of egg noodles
both recipes are super easy and all you are doing is throwing stuff together....
only thing you actually have to cook is on teh second recipe is boiling the noodles then throw all the other stuff in and stir
I just wash it down with lots of water, I may give these a try but I doubt anything can make tuna good.
There was a big sale at my grocery store a couple weeks back, $0.20 cheaper than noral, never seen it that cheap, so i stocked up with 50 cans, and then I stocked up on some gum to go with it.:D
I love tunafish! I might have to try the second recipe.
No doubt on buying it on sale, but if you have a Costco card you can get their house brand (Kirkland) by the cases there. Works out to be like less than .40/can. I think it tastes better than most too...not "fishy" at all. If your sick of tuna, they also sell canned salmon and canned chicken breast. Hell, screw tuna...I love Costco!
No doubt, no doubt Cosco is where the bulk is! Cosco's packed albacore tuna is the best!
-gremster:D
that second recipe is the best sounding shit ive heard of in ages!
🙂 thanks deca
The second recipe can be thrown in the oven and bake it out. Makes for a good casarole.
The tunafish and noodles is the shit, I have been eating it for years. I just started adding peas about a year ago and it is awsome. just boil noodles, drain and add other ingredients...FLU
Ya know, I don't really like tuna. Too much of a good thing I guess. That seconds recipe sounds yummy ummy gonna put it in my tummy. What the hell was that? I'm possessed.
Anyway, I think costco is the best place. Cheap, plentiful, and fresh if you want it (although I live by their bagged frozen chicken breasts).
Costco is to supermarkets what lifters are to non-lifters. It's almost like a crime not to shop there, ya know. Anyway, thanks for the recipes.
Recipes sound great, I'm going to the store right now. Any ideas where I should go? 😀
