What's your favorite home-made meals? I would appreciate replies, so I can refer to this on days like tonight where I'm hungry but can't decide what to eat.

Spill 'em.

Mine is quiet simple - Chicken Penne

- Boil Penne Pasta
- Slice a 5Oz chicken breast into strips, and heat on frying pan
- Heat marinera sauce mixed w/ alfredo sauce in pan
- Dice tomatos

Once all four are ready, combine all. I throw in garlic bread on the side, but, whatever floats your boat.

see, im a little different. im what some might call lazy but i prefer uncomplicated. now when im dieting and really watching what i eat, i prefer chicken or salmon for my protien and then just throw in a mix bag of veggies. my favorite recipe with chicken or salmon(remember when dieting you start to just eat food for its nutritional values, and taste is second.) is to throw some chicken breasts or salmon fillets on my susanne somers grill (defrosted, i dont like how anything cooks frozen) and about a minute before theyre done, squeeze some lemon on them along with some garlic salt. then just cook some veggies in the microwave. altogether, it takes like ten or fifteen minutes with little cleanup.

I wanna give up with my bow... I have been crawling in deer for the last two seasons but have been unable to get a bow shot off. I'm going back to rifle! Atleast all my boys shot elk and deer so I have all the game I can eat. Elk steak and hamburger every night!!

i saw this recipe for some chicken i have made it before

1 lb. chicken breast browned with cooking spray
1 can of corn
1 cup barbeque sauce
1 cup water
1 medium bell peper
2 cups minute rice

after browning the chicken add in corn, barbeque sauce, water and the diced bell peper. let saute for 10 minutes minutes, turn off heat then add the 2 cups minute rice cover and let sit until rice is tender.
makes 4 servings and great to take work and microwave
