I am not sure if anyone listed that, but there is another good and yummy way to eat eggs in the morning or even during the day

I lived for many years in europe, and people there sometimes eat their eggs for breakfast, cook in water.
In europe they have special egg-cooking machine for cooking eggs in the water, which has 5 wholes for each egg to be in and get cooked for probably 15 min.
Of course, you can cooked those eggs in a reagular pan too, just put the eggs in and let it cook for 10 - 15 minutes!
After it is cooked,u just take of the the white stuff off from the egg,put little salt on it and eat it ,and it is so easy just to take off the yellow stuff out, which is like a ball after it has been cooked and u can just pick it out....
this way,u could probably eat more eggs, then let say as scrambled....

Does anyone know what i am talking about, cause so far i couldn't meet anyone that ever heard of this,or not even in stores they did not have the kinda

Sounds like he means to crack open an egg and dump it into boiling water.
This is why I Love America we dont do things like were in the middle ages. LOL

I think you mean poached eggs?!

They usually have runny yolks though.

Heat a pan of water until it is slightly bubbling and crack your egg into it. Wait for the outside to harden a little then remove and eat.

They are nice but often break up and are fiddley.

You are poaching the eggs when you crack an egg into boiling water! Yep, serious, sounds gross and I don't think I could ever do that. Not to mention why would you want to...

Guess it's only good cause it makes the eggs soft...like us bodybuilders care if our eggs are soft. Ha...
