I read a thread a while back about crystal light. For those guys that cant seem to drink enough water...this stuff is making me more thirsty. I can drink a half gallon of this stuff like its nothing! Only 80 cals a gallon and helps me get my water intake in per day.

Yeah....you talking about the new diet crystal light....thats some good stuff....tasted a sample of it....not bad...and no sugar or any other bad shit..
