I just wanted to share a cool thing Ive been doing for a while. I love my coffee. I think this would be great for those who do the early morning workout
After my workout I add 80grams whey isolate+30 dextrose+ coffee in the shaker. I shake it up and drink it. I love it, I hope you guys do as well
