For anyone who makes there own protein shakes out there and just puts the protein in water or milk here try this its called a T-Rex and its good as hell once you learn to make it rght.
1/4 a glass of milk
10 ice cubes
scoop of ice cream vanilla
3 scoops of protein
1 1/2 gram crackers
a littel honey
and a scoop of penut butter.
This will up the amount of protein the shake and also make it tasty hope you guys like it. outtie
