LOL, I love you guys in your twenty's.
I'm not sure if I got wiser or smarter after I reached my mid 30's but those days are well behind me. For some reason I just don't get into those situations any longer.
Don't get me wrong. I've been in many a street fight and would protect my family to the end, but I just don't find it necessary to go toe to toe anymore.

Maybe you've slowed down a little, and so have I. I am in my mid thirties also. But if the need araises I will do what needs to be done without risking getting in trouble. SO NO WITNESSES!! 🙂

Yes but the need doesn't arise just because some baby is saying mean things about me. I used to react when somebody said something, but now people just look so stupid to me when they let petty stuff bother them.
It's like smokers that think they look cool. Or idiots with their car stereo turned way up thinking that people are looking becasue they are so cool!

I'm 35 and I feel the same way. When one gets into his thirties, he has too much to lose:family, career, investments and savings,etc. Have you ever noticed that most of the older(not OLD) people that get in barfights are stupid, ugly, and usually POOR........ They have nothing to lose. If I get in a fight and go to jail, I'll lose my job. If I get sued for kicking some idiot's ass, I'd probably lose tens of thousands of dollars that I've worked hard for. It's just not worth it. Besides, if someone really wants a piece of me, he'll take a swing. If he's just talking shit, he's no real threat(I learned that when I used to be a bouncer). 😎

I hear ya when you get older you definately have more to lose........
But most of the time people just get a look at me and back off....LOL unless they fuck with my kids, then they don't have a chance to back off........just ask the guy I threw through a K-mart window cause he bumped into one of my kids....LOL
