sorry i missed the stats..
24 years old..lifting off and on for the past 6 years...trying to get back into it ..firefighter that needs more strenght basically ( plus make all the women swoon over a guy in uniform) but i am 6 3 250 lbs ..i consider myself strong..just dont look it..it would be nice to have a body that goes with it
I'm not the guy to answer any specifics but I've been lifting for over three years. I eat, drink, sleep, shit, piss, etc. bodybuilding. Many guys around here will tell you that your diet is the key to building strength and that body that you want. Also, if you need to know specifics there is a search button at the top of the page that you can use, it really helps when you need quick info. Later and good luck.
apreciate it man..thanks for the information
Welcome aboard bro. Read and learn all you can. Don't be afraid to ask questions.

I'll be honest with you bro. Everyone here is willing to help no doubt. But do yourself and us a favor and utilize the search button at the top of the page. ( Saves alot of typing ) Most answers can be found there and as you learn more and more,,, you'll find more and more questions to ask. Search first cycles, diets, training, supplements, anti-estrogens, gyno, orals, injectables, etc. Then go to the drug profile section and read, read, read. The more you learn, the more you wantta know. That's how you get the most out of this site bro. Happy reading and let us know if we can help out any.
thanks man i apreciate it..
