i just recently re-aggraviated my rotator cuff again [damn it] but i was told that deca would help in the healing of this. gettin ready to go on cycle and would like to know so i will then throw some extra deca in the mix.....
Theraputic doses of deca will likely help it, but a full fledged cycle, means hard training..... which will likely cause more injury... You should wait till you are 100% before running a full cycle, or you are asking for problems....

Bump for the spine.......If its bothering you now, then you'll be devistated when you start packing on some more weight later in your cycle. Listen to the spine.....I tried to push through a pec injury last go-round....nothing but pain the whole time...just kept aggravating the injury.........took time off, came back 100% and no more problems since.
