I'm thinking of using some IGF-1 the last 4 or 5 weeks before my show. If anybody has any info or experiance with this I'd like to here how it worked. Thanks.

Not the best thing to do during your last few weeks prior to contest.
You'll be really "wacking" your body by using the IGF at that point, I say stay with your normal game plan and come in shreded......IGF makes alot of people tired and fatigued, something you'll be going through already due to the diet.

i agree. IGF can make you VERY lethargic, probably the last thing you want a few weeks before a show
if you have your mind set on it, i would try a 16 week diet or so in the off-season and try it for the last few weeks of this diet, see how it effects you then.
